It is almost impossible to say anything negative about this place. It's a piece of heaven and you have first row view of the majestic Andes from your bathtub. Food is amazing and so is the staff. Please be aware the last 10 km to get there are quite rough so it is recommended to have a more compact/SUV car. You can also drive up to your loft and that can also be up the hill and dirt road.

A superb resort featuring unique secluded pod apartments with excellent privacy and panoramic viewing of the sensational landscape . Really welcoming and authentic common areas with lovely pool and wonderful fire pit . George cook’s incredible steaks on the open fire and an extensive Mendoza wine list to complement the beef …. Thoroughly reccomended

It’s my third time at Hotel de Cielo and honestly, the place is a dream 💙 Warm hearted people at your service at all times, beautiful lofts and the view? OMG BREATHTAKING 😮‍💨 Love the fact that the meals are served in a communal table where all guests can interact and talk about their day and experiences in Tupungato. It’s an amazing place to rest and relax, but you’ll sure make some new friends there too <3 Absolutely love the entire concept and atmosphere!

Let me start by saying that after traveling extensively around the world, one starts to value the experience, the surroundings, the people and the service in every place you go, and that was Hotel de Cielo for us. For us the location was superb as it allowed us to truly disconnect from what it is a very hectic schedule. Located just over an hour from the airport, this location provides some of the most amazing views of the Andes, with clear views to the tupungato volcano. Felipe, its owner has definitely put a significant amount of effort to make this an amazing experience and his whole team was there for us to enjoy the experience at its best. Special kuddos to Joaquin the barman (and waiter and concierge and the soul of the night) and rob, the manager. We arranged trips to the bodegas which wa Ms flawless. We also arranged a sunset cheese and wine which was out of this world with the most amazing views of the valley and the mountains. Dinner as well as the after dinner section with live music, karaoke, sitting at the bar and or sitting next to the fire was just amazing. While some reviews mentioned that this place is a bit far, honestly that was exactly what made this experience so enjoyable. The whole experience is designed to enjoy, relax, disconnect and meeting new people in a friendly environment with people who went the extra mile to make this experience a very memorable one. If what you are looking for is the luxury of getting away from a hectic schedule this is the place ! Thanks to felipe and the whole team. We will definitely be back!

Felipe and his team are just exceptional hosts, the location is magical, the food is amazing and the wine is just exceptional. I fell in love with it all and I recommend this experience to everyone. Gracias por nos recibir tan bien y por compartir con nosotros los momentos

We stayed at Hotel de Cielo for 3 nights in April for our honeymoon. This was after spending a week in Buenos Aires and was a welcome change of pace. Highlights include: the individualized lofts which felt very special, the views of the majestic Andes, and the gastronomic dinners which all felt very special. Waking up in the morning and seeing the mountains or drinking coffee in the morning by the pool was very special. We really enjoyed the horseback riding too! Our only critique would be that between breakfast and lunch there is no food available and the wine club on the property isnt open everyday for lunch. This is fine if you have an excursion planned but if you want to spend the day relaxing at the hotel, you need to plan ahead if you want to eat lunch. We would recommend and will go back next time we are in Argentina!
