One of the best experiences of my life. Where to begin. Gabriel, the owner, we did not meet him but he was super nice, always responsive and made sure we all had a great time. The place was beautiful, no words to describe it. We did a cabalgata and asado. Walter, the gaucho guide, was super super nice, very knowledgeable and friendly; and his dogs (Cafu, India, Panqui, Caiser, Chilindrina, Popi, and last but not least, Sombra) were the sweetest companions. The asado they prepared for us and the setting were amazing, special mention to Florencia's empanadas. Warning, you will not find these on any Michelin Star Restaurant in Mendoza. Simply divine. I want to thank to all; Gabriel, Walter, Florencia and Juan (Waler's nephew) for taking such a good care of us and making our experience truly unforgettable. "Gracias Totales"

Our day at Casa Los Coirones was the highlight of our time in Mendoza. We were lucky enough to have a private experience with Walter and Flor, who took such great care of us from start to finish. The horseback ride was incredibly peaceful, with stunning views of the countryside that made it feel truly special and immersive. After the ride, the parrilla was unforgettable; a relaxed, beautifully prepared meal with a local bottle of wine, fresh salad, patatas, and several cuts of meat expertly cooked by Walter, who previously worked as a carnicero in Mendoza. It felt authentic, personal, and thoughtfully curated in every way. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to enjoy the countryside and an exceptional meal.

This was an excellent experience! We took the full day horse riding experience which included an espresso on arrival. We then took a gentle 2 hour ride towards the Andes where we stopped for some meats, cheese, and wine. After this we rode back to base, the horses were much faster on the return! We ended an excellent day with a big asado. Walter was an excellent guide and very relaxed. Florencia made delicious salads and accompaniments for the asado. Both Walter and Florencia never made us feel like we needed to rush the experience. Thank you for your help to book the experience Sofia!
