If you’re in Mendoza and want to learn about and appreciate the art and love of wine making, you cannot miss a visit to De Angeles! Visits are by appointment only a few times a week because the tours are given by one of the owners, so be sure to plan ahead and make your reservations early. Don’t make the same mistake we did and schedule another winery visit too soon (for sure no sooner than 3 hours) after because you’ll want to stay and take your time enjoying the incredible wines, peaceful environment, and conversation. Juan Jose (JJ) was a wonderful host - his passion and knowledge for the vineyard, its history, and the wines are infectious. We felt like we walked away with a new friend and deeper appreciation for the craft of winemaking. We couldn’t recommend more highly De Angeles wines and a tour with JJ. Hands down our favorite in Mendoza!

Amazing ! The winery is beautiful, JJ was very sweet and great at keeping conversation and giving us all the history of the vineyard and the wine that was served. And, importantly, he had the sweetest little dog running around the vineyard. Highly recommend !

We had an unforgettable visit to this family-run winery. Juanjo — the third generation of owners — welcomed us personally and guided us through their wines with passion, knowledge, and genuine warmth. The experience went above and beyond anything we expected! We also got to try their fresh cherries, which were absolutely delicious and made the visit even more special 😋. A beautiful place, exceptional wines, and a family that truly puts their heart into what they do. Highly recommended!
